Description
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Savannah, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts starting at 7:00 PM
Highlights:
- Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 92 beds serving as the region's only children's hospital
- Advanced ventilation equipment including Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, high-flow therapy, and heliox therapy
- Epic documentation system for streamlined electronic medical records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a nationally recognized healthcare facility
- Work in a facility recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission
- Part of a 612-bed academic medical center featuring the region's only Level I trauma center
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU critical care experience required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Experience managing patients on high-frequency ventilation, surfactant administration, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy
- Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients in a Level 4 NICU environment
- Proficiency with invasive and non-invasive ventilation devices including Bubble CPAP, high-flow therapy, and HFOV/HFJV
- Experience attending high-risk deliveries preferred
