# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – TexasStart Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Lewisville, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available; on-call requirement of 1–2 shifts per schedule; floating to mother-baby unit as neededHighlights:

• 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit with a collaborative team of 54 nursing professionals
• Patient ratios of 1:1 for active labor with Pitocin, cesarean section delivery, and recovery; 2-3 antepartum patients following AWHONN guidelines
• GE fetal monitoring equipment and CPN Meditech EMR system
• Typical procedures include vaginal delivery, cesarean sections, triage, and iron infusions
• Supportive team culture focused on excellent patient outcomes and compassionate care
• Opportunity to work second floor unit in a well-equipped facility

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain
• Labor management experience required
• Circulating cesarean section experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for maternal and neonatal care
