Location: Arlington, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 guaranteed hours per week; day shift and night shift available; no on-call requirement; floating within scope of practice

Highlights:

• 34-bed Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) serving as the official trauma PCU for the facility
• Patient ratios of 1:5 for PCU level patients and 1:6 for medical-surgical telemetry level patients
• Meditech EMR system with standard equipment including VS machines, EKG, bladder scanning, glucometers, and continuous pulse oximetry
• Flexible scheduling with a positive work culture and collaborative team environment
• Supportive upskilling initiatives for staff development and advancement
• Critical care orientation packet provided

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas (or multistate compact license)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Progressive care or ICU/PCU experience required
• PCCN, TNCC, or TCAR certifications preferred
• Precepting experience preferred
