Schedule: Varied shifts available (Days or Nights); every 3rd weekend required; no on-call

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact/Multi-State License verified through Nursys
• Minimum 2+ years of OB nursing experience required
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• Current Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
• Skills checklist pertinent to OB/GYN (current within 1 year) required
• Ability to function as 1st assist and Scrub OB highly preferred
• Flexibility with schedule changes and varied shift work

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients during shift
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPN, PCT, and Unit Secretaries
• Exercise clinical judgment based on scientific knowledge and evidence-based practice
• Support the health system's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures
