Job Opportunity – Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Georgia

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule with possible call coverage. Call shifts include weekday evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekend shifts (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) approximately 1-2 days per week and every fourth weekend. No routine weekend work except for call shifts.

Highlights:

• Comprehensive nuclear medicine procedures including HIDA scans, bone scans, lymphoscintigraphy, gastric emptying, brain death studies, myocardial perfusion SPECT, I-123 and I-131 imaging, renal scans, and parathyroid imaging
• Diverse patient population spanning pediatrics through geriatrics
• Modern technology environment utilizing Epic EMR, Pyxis, and PACS systems
• Flexible time off policy with up to 7 days of PTO available during assignment
• First-time travelers welcomed with minimum 2 years of experience
• Structured orientation with specialty-specific modules to ensure success

Requirements:

• NMTCB and/or ARRT (NM) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Proficiency with Epic, Pyxis, and PACS systems required
• Community hospital experience required
• Experience with IV placement and maintenance preferred
• EKG experience preferred
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
