Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Pennsylvania

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Floating to other units may be required based on unit needs. 24-hour orientation provided. Patient ratio of 2-3 patients per nurse.

Highlights:

• Community hospital ICU setting serving as the highest level of care in the facility
• Epic charting system utilized for electronic medical records
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
• Diverse case mix including medical, surgical, and neuro intensive care patients
• Experience with critical care procedures including ventilator management, vasoactive drips, arterial lines, and central line care
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Experience with 2-3 patient ratios required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and background clearance required
