Start Date: December 7, 2026 (Upon completion of credentialing – allow 60-90 days)

Location: Charleston, West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Choice of 4x10 shifts (0645-1715) or 3x12 shifts (0645-1915) with weekday and weekend on-call duties. Guaranteed 80 hours per two-week period. One weeknight call per week and weekend call required.

Highlights:

• 5-6 cardiac/thoracic cases per day in a high-volume operating room environment
• Cardiac and robotic surgical experience required; proficiency in vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting essential
• Cerner EMR system (preferred experience)
• Scrubs provided; blocked schedule options available for discussion during interview
• May float within the facility based on operational needs
• First-time travelers welcome if qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of cardiac first assist experience required
• Certification through NBSTSA, NCCSA, or ABSA (CRNFA not required)
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• West Virginia or Compact state license (pending license accepted for submission)
• Proficiency in vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting required
• Cardiac and robotic surgical skills essential
• Permanent address must be 100+ miles from facility (75-99 miles considered case-by-case)
• Minimum 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
