Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Holiday commitment required: must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia Registered Nurse license or compact state license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • AWHONN certification required
  • Experience managing high-risk obstetric conditions including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and preterm labor
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
