Description
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time assignment with every third weekend rotation; no on-call requirements
Highlights:
- Provide direct patient care in a dynamic Emergency Department setting with a diverse patient population
- Work with sophisticated medical equipment while managing both acute and non-acute patient cases
- Epic EMR experience preferred to streamline documentation and workflow
- Travel nursing experience valued; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
- Utilize advanced clinical skills including patient triage, assessment, procedure assistance, and life-saving interventions
- Engage in collaborative care planning with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (verified through LARA or Nursys)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Skills checklist pertinent to Emergency Room nursing (current within 1 year)
- Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Epic EMR system experience preferred
