Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; weekdays with some weekends; float as needed; 72-80 guaranteed hours per pay period

Highlights:

• Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital affiliated with the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
• 838-bed short-term acute care facility utilizing Cerner charting system
• Diverse patient population including adults, pediatrics, and neonates with critical care and general care settings
• Comprehensive respiratory services including mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and aerosol treatments
• Orientation every other Monday with 36 hours of onboarding support
• Free parking for travelers and scrubs provided

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience; pediatric and/or NICU experience required
• Active state license or compact license; pending licenses accepted for submission
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association); NALS required for pediatric care
• Experience with critical care, general care, adult and pediatric populations
• Willingness to float within scope as needed to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities
• Candidates must reside at least 75-100 miles from the facility
• 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years required
