Location: Denton, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; rotating weekends required; self-scheduling allowed within reason to ensure balanced coverage

Highlights:

• 43-bed Medical Surgical unit providing care for a diverse patient population
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 on night shift
• Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
• Floating to medical units and ER for med/surg hold nurse capabilities as needed
• Royal blue scrubs provided as standard unit attire
• Collaborative night shift team including charge nurse, 9–10 RNs, and 4 CNAs

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Previous Medical Surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting (required)
• Meditech EMR experience (preferred)
• Ability to care for post-operative patients recovering from various surgical procedures (excluding cardiac and open neurosurgery)
