Description
Start Date: November 3, 2026
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (No weekends required)
Highlights:
- Work with cardiac step-down (CABG and TAVR patients) and medical step-down units
- Patient ratio of 1:14 in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate closely with consistent physicians and mid-level providers
- EMR systems: Meditech and Midas
- Welcoming, collaborative case management team that provides strong support
- Diverse patient population with focus on discharge planning and care coordination
Requirements:
- Active Kansas RN license
- Minimum 1 year current Case Manager RN experience (required)
- Current BLS certification
- Meditech and Midas experience strongly preferred
- Previous acute care hospital experience preferred
- Flexible personality with ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
