Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts, every other weekend required. Must work 2 out of 3 paired holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

• Float between NICU and Pediatrics Acute Care units based on facility needs
• Cerner charting system experience preferred

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Children's hospital experience within the last 3-5 years strongly preferred; Level I Trauma adult facility experience may be considered for strong clinicians
• Labor & Delivery experience required, as this is the primary placement area
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must be comfortable with 100% floating requirements to NICU and Pediatrics Acute Care areas
