Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

• Free-standing Emergency Department with 10 procedure rooms and 1 dedicated trauma room
• 5:1 patient ratio with flexibility when utilizing trauma room; 12-bed unit with collaborative staffing model
• Diverse patient population including cardiology, trauma, stroke, DKA, sepsis, and psychiatric care
• Protocol-driven care environment allowing RNs to initiate work-ups, labs, EKGs, x-rays, and medications independently
• Meditech Expanse EMR with advanced equipment including ultrasound IV capabilities, Lucas Device, and Rapid Infuser
• Opportunities for advanced procedures including ultrasound-guided IV insertion, IO insertion, and trauma care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, MOAB, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills with ability to work independently using protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with EMS agencies and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation preferred
