Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical / Postpartum RN – Kansas

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Western Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM. Patient ratios: 1:1 postpartum, 1:3 medical-surgical (average). Occasional charge nurse responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Active Kansas or Multistate RN license required at time of application
• Previous Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience required
• BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association), Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification, and NRP (American Heart Association) required or must obtain prior to start date
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Willingness to learn or experience with postpartum care
• Flu vaccination strongly preferred (religious and medical exemptions accepted with masking requirement during flu season)
