Job Opportunity – Case Manager RN – Alaska

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (shift times may vary); every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule; guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period

Highlights:

• Work at a Magnet-designated acute care hospital with 407 staffed beds and Level II Trauma designation
• Epic EMR system utilized throughout facility
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 patients focused on discharge planning and care coordination
• 24 hours of orientation provided to support your transition
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (must be in hand at time of offer)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required (behavioral health experience does not qualify)
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification preferred
• ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
• Microsoft Office/Teams experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
