Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Neuro Trauma – New Hampshire

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or Night shift available; 4:1 patient ratio; every other weekend requirement; no on-call

Highlights:

• 23-bed Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit providing critical monitoring and specialized care
• Experience with advanced equipment including bedside monitors, end tidal CO2 monitoring, high flow oxygen, chronic ventilators, and subdural drains
• Meditech EMR system in use across the facility
• Opportunity to perform specialized procedures including chest tube management and EEG monitoring
• Collaborative team environment with consistent staffing ratios and dedicated aide support
• Float to various inpatient units including ICU and ED for professional development and diverse clinical experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state licensure
• Telemetry and Step-down experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred
• Neuro and trauma experience strongly preferred
