Outpatient Travel Therapist Opportunity

Assignment Details – Licensed Outpatient Therapist
- Specialty: Behavioral Health
- Location: Ocala, FL
- Duration: 13 weeks with potential to renew
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 5x8 schedule, weekend rotation
- Shift: Day shift
- Enhanced hourly rate & tax-exempt stipend where applicable
- Bi-weekly pay
- Estimated pay rate: $2,114-$2,378/week

Travel Therapist Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in meeting their psychosocial needs through various treatment modalities such as: group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, case management, education, etc.
- Coordinate treatment services and works with the multidisciplinary treatment team to drive the direction of the individual resident’s treatment goals and interventions.
- Act as liaison between outside referral sources/guardians and facilitate after care placement and treatment services
- Provide high-quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment of patients’ functional needs and outcomes; consulting with and participating as part of the patients’ treatment team.
- Work within a team environment to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient.
- Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and regulations.

Travel Therapist Job Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
- Licensure/Certifications: licensed in the state of Florida as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Experience: Two years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills, adolescent drug addiction experience highly desired.
