Visitors love Sunnylands Center & Gardens, a 200-acre estate once so popular with U.S. presidents that it earned the nickname “the Western White House.” Play a round of golf at one of Rancho Mirage’s many stunning golf courses, or enjoy some live music at the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater. For those with their heads in the clouds, try stargazing at the brand new Rancho Mirage Observatory, featuring a telescope where you can see objects 50 million light years away.
