At South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy – West Olympia, we take pride in creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment from your very first visit. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one care grounded in advanced orthopedic training and a strong focus on functional outcomes.

We provide efficient, patient-specific treatment plans designed to help individuals return to their hobbies, activities, and daily function. Our clinic offers specialized services in vestibular rehabilitation, along with expertise in manual therapy, comprehensive orthopedic care, and hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

We believe in a balanced, evidence-based approach—combining hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and patient education to support long-term results and meaningful recovery.
