Years of experience REQ: 18 months tele/acute care experience required; 2 years preferred. MUST HAVE PCU or Cardiac Tele experience (must reflect in work history); Must have experience with vasoactive drips & stroke patients

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y

Certs REQ: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

• SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
