Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, compassionate care to mothers and newborns through every stage of the childbirth process—from labor and delivery through recovery and postpartum.

• Provide continuous fetal monitoring and clinical support during labor and delivery
• Assist physicians and OB/GYNs during vaginal and cesarean birth procedures
• Manage medication administration, vital signs, and postpartum hemorrhage risk assessments
• Deliver specialized postpartum and newborn care, including infant assessments and stabilization
• Educate new parents on breastfeeding, infant safety, and maternal recovery care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to maintain high standards of patient safety

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent LDRP experience in an acute care setting
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a compact RN license if applicable
• Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and fetal monitoring certifications
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
