Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team. In this key healthcare role, you will perform diagnostic evaluations, administer therapeutic respiratory treatments, and manage cardiopulmonary equipment for patients of all ages suffering from acute and chronic respiratory disorders.

• Administer respiratory care protocols including aerosol therapy, bronchodilator treatments, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy
• Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation equipment, CPAP/BiPAP systems, and artificial airways
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling, analyze results, and communicate findings promptly to attending physicians
• Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs), diagnostic evaluations, and bedside patient respiratory assessments
• Respond to Code Blue emergencies, rapid responses, and airway management call-outs throughout the hospital
• Document patient care, treatment responses, and ventilator settings accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
• Educate patients and families on proper inhaler usage, respiratory equipment, and pulmonary disease management

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care hospital environment
• Credential: Active CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Licensure: Active state Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) / Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP or PALS preferred for neonatal/pediatric units)
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree)
