- Stepdown Nurse, Definitive Observation Unit Nurse, Intermediate Care Nurse, Progressive Care Nurse, Surgical Stepdown Nurse or Neuro PCU Nurse (2 years)
Description
Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job specialty, BLS certification, and any applicable state licensure or specialty certifications required for the role.
Unit: Neuro/Surgical Telemetry Schedule: 3x12, 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m. - On call: None. - Float: May be required to float to other MS/Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU - Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Three weekend shifts per four-week schedule Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS License: Active Tennessee or compact license in hand at submission. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience - Epic experience within the last 18 months and must be detailed on the submission profile. - Travel experience is highly preferred. *Local candidates and first-time travelers are accepted at the same rate. *Epic experience within the last 18-months required- must be detailed on profile* If the traveler does not pass the Epic test-out on site, 10 additional unbillable orientation hours will be added to the contract. ** Flu vaccine is required during flu season 11/1- 3/31. Declinations and medical/religious exemptions are not accepted.Employer
