Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Florida or compact state preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
NIH Stroke Scale certification
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical healthcare environment

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients
Prepare the operating room and assist with surgical equipment setup and sterilization
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes during surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with hospital policies
Support patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement protocols
