Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Pennsylvania nursing jobs
- Must be a US Citizen
- Minimum 2 years of Epic experience – Epic clinical informatics jobs
- Minimum 2 years of clinical informatics experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Epic hospital implementation experience preferred
- Experience required in at least one of the following clinical areas:
- Inpatient RN
- Pharmacy
- Laboratory
- Radiology
- Perioperative/Anesthesia
- Ambulatory
Clinical Informatics Nurse Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clinical Informatics leads to assess and optimize clinical workflows using Epic EHR systems
- Support healthcare facilities in achieving best practices through Epic solutions
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for your clinical specialty area (inpatient, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, perioperative/anesthesia, or ambulatory)
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and end-user support for clinical staff
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and other tasks as assigned by Clinical Informatics leadership
