• Start Date: March 23, 2026
• End Date: June 21, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 - $2,180

ICU Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state compliance verified during onboarding)
• RN critical care certification or demonstrated ICU competency
• No minimum ICU experience required for this assignment; all qualified RNs with critical care skills are encouraged to apply
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements, including background check, drug screen, fit test, immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap), and competency testing
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills for ICU patient care

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based ICU nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and flex pool
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Administer and titrate IV medications and infusions per provider orders and ICU protocols
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized critical care plans
• Educate and support patients and families with compassion and clarity
• Maintain compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and hospital policies
