Job Requirements (LTC RN / RN Educator)

• Experience: Experience as an RN Nurse Educator (RNNPE) in Long-Term Care (LTC) is required
• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state licensure requirements apply)
• EMR Skills: Proficiency with PCC (PointClickCare) for clinical documentation and workflow
• Professional Skills: Strong communication, clinical leadership, coaching ability, adaptability, and willingness to step in and work the floor as needed

Responsibilities (Travel Nursing / LTC RN Duties)

• Provide resident-centered nursing care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and carry out ordered treatments
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in PCC (PointClickCare) to support continuity of care
• Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes in status, and escalate concerns promptly to the interdisciplinary care team
• Support unit staffing, daily workflow, and coverage to ensure consistent quality outcomes
• Serve as the on-site nurse educator: reinforce clinical best practices, coach staff nurses and CNAs, and provide workflow guidance to improve care delivery
• Step in to work the floor as needed to support resident care and staff development during this travel nursing contract
