• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1220–$1310 per week (based on 36 hours/week)

Job Requirements (Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT)

• Active RRT certification (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care hospital
• Experience caring for adult and Level 3 NICU patients
• Familiarity with PB 840 and Dräger ventilators preferred
• Ability to deliver surfactant and assist with deliveries
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist across variable patient ratios
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR is a plus

Responsibilities — Respiratory Care & Ventilator Management

• Provide respiratory care to adult and neonatal patients, including Level 3 NICU respiratory support
• Operate and manage advanced ventilators (PB 840, Dräger) and provide ventilator management
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and administer surfactant therapy as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document respiratory interventions and patient progress accurately in the Meditech EMR system
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment and follow infection control standards
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations and respond to urgent respiratory needs
