Travel Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity in Inpatient Rehab — Night Shift in Springdale, Arkansas. 13-week travel nursing assignment supporting patient rehabilitation and recovery in Northwest Arkansas.
Job Details — Travel RN, Inpatient Rehab
- Location: Springdale, AR (Zip: 72764) — Springdale, Northwest Arkansas nursing jobs
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Travel Contract)
- Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM); every other weekend required — Night Shift RN, Travel RN
- Hours per Week: 36
- Unit: Inpatient Rehab — Rehabilitation Nurse, rehab nursing
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,570–$1,650/week
Required Qualifications — Registered Nurse
- Active Arkansas RN license or compact Multistate RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care nursing experience (Inpatient Rehab, Med/Surg, ICU, PCU, or ED)
- Willingness to work night shifts and every other weekend (Night Shift RN experience preferred)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nursing requirement)
Responsibilities — Travel Registered Nurse, Inpatient Rehab
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Inpatient Rehab unit — patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical monitoring
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team (PT/OT/Speech, case management)
- Support patient recovery and discharge planning focused on functional improvement and safety
- Perform accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes in patient status to providers
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation protocols; participate in goal-directed rehab activities
- Float to other units as needed to support facility operations (flexible team player)
