Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent Endoscopy nursing experience (GI experience preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Ability to work scheduled 10-hour day shifts, 4 days/week
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• COVID vaccination may be declined

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality peri-procedural nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures and communicate changes to the care team
• Prepare and assist physicians and allied health professionals in the endoscopy suite
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver patient and family education on procedures, expectations, and post-procedure care
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture focused on patient safety and satisfaction
