• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,590 - $1,710

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) — night shift respiratory therapist role

• Unit: Respiratory Therapy — hospital respiratory care, critical care support

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a hospital setting — hospital respiratory therapist experience preferred
• Active Hawaii Respiratory Therapist License (required)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to travel assignment schedules
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills for multidisciplinary hospital care

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and therapy to hospitalized patients, including emergency response and routine respiratory treatments
• Administer respiratory treatments, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy per physician and protocol
• Perform ventilator management, airway support, and other respiratory interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in acute care and critical care settings
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with hospital respiratory care protocols
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and perform necessary interventions in fast-paced hospital environments
