• Shift: 06:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour days), 40 hours/week
• Work Setting: On-site in a high-volume Electrophysiology Lab

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent EP Lab RN experience required
• Active RN license (compact or state-specific per assignment)
• Experience with standard implant procedures and EP ablation cases (VT cases excluded)
• Ability to monitor with Claris and to scrub for EP procedures is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced cardiac electrophysiology environment with a strong sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the EP Lab with a 1:1 patient ratio during procedures
• Assist with high-volume device implants, EP ablation procedures, and Watchman device cases
• Perform intra-procedural monitoring (Claris preferred) and scrub as needed for cardiac electrophysiology procedures
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including EP techs, anesthesia, physicians, and supervisors
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting using Meditech EMR; maintain clinical and regulatory compliance
• Follow hospital policies, dress code, and sterile technique to support patient safety and quality outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, engaged team culture recognized for clinical excellence
