• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,020 - $1,070 (travel RN pay)
• Assignment Duration: 8 weeks (April 1, 2026 – May 27, 2026)
• Setting: Rehabilitation Unit (inpatient rehab)
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel (Travel Nurse / Travel RN role)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab experience preferred) — relevant rehab nurse jobs, skilled nursing, or acute care experience helpful
• BLS certification (current)
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and manage patient care priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit (rehab nursing responsibilities)
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and support discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, mobility, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff consistent with rehab nursing best practices
