Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,210 – $1,270 (Travel RN pay)
• Location: Bloomfield, NM (87413) — New Mexico nursing jobs, Bloomfield healthcare
• Setting: Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility (Rehab Nurse, Rehabilitation Unit)
• Assignment Duration: 15 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) — Night Shift RN, Rehab RN
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed)
• Employment Type: Travel (Travel nursing job, Travel RN opportunity)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (rehab/long-term care experience preferred)
• Experience with rehabilitation care, therapy coordination, and restorative nursing a plus
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced rehab environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Local candidates only (Bloomfield, NM area)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit (Rehab RN duties)
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care and rehab plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT/OT/Speech, social work, physicians) to support recovery goals
• Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and document care accurately in the medical record
• Provide patient and family education, encouragement, and compassionate support throughout the rehab process
