Job Details – Travel Radiology Job in Boston, MA
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060
- Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Boston healthcare job, Massachusetts radiology job)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 12, 2026)
- Shift: 8 Hour Nights (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM) — Overnight Radiology / Night Shift
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (Travel Radiology Technologist, Rad Tech contract)
Job Requirements – Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) in ED or inpatient settings
- Valid X-Ray Technologist certification (e.g., ARRT or state-equivalent) required
- Experience performing diagnostic radiography, CT, MRI, DEXA, and vascular radiology procedures
- Current health records: MMR, TB test, Health Statement, and Fit Test
- Successful completion of background checks and education verification
- Skills checklist and professional references required for submission
Primary Responsibilities – Radiology / Imaging
- Perform high-quality radiologic imaging for Emergency Department and inpatient patients
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-ray, CT scanner, MRI, DEXA, and vascular imaging systems
- Support accurate diagnosis by collaborating with physicians, radiologists, and nursing staff
- Follow safety protocols, radiation safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Document imaging procedures and maintain timely, accurate patient records per facility policy
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during imaging exams
