• End Date: July 21, 2026
• Duration: 15 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,020 – $1,070

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or LTC settings
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
• Comfortable with medication administration, basic wound care, and documentation in facility charting/EMR

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status; report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support comfort, mobility, and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive LTC care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
