- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,410 – $1,490

- Shift: 8 Hour Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Job Requirements
- Active RN license in West Virginia or compact RN license accepted
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; LTC, wound care, or SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in wound care management and assessment (wound care RN experience)
- Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
- Wound care certification (WCC) or WOCN credential preferred; BLS (AHA) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care assessment, treatment, and documentation for residents in the LTC/SNF setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on wound healing and prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and wound care interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists) to ensure optimal resident care
- Educate residents and families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and post-procedure care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a wound care resource within the long-term care team and support quality improvement initiatives
