Assignment Details

• Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel / Hospital Respiratory Therapist
• Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado (81601)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 24, 2026 – June 23, 2026)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990 – $2,140
• Setting: Hospital – Respiratory Therapy Unit (critical care, ventilator management)
• Shifts: 2 x 12-hour day shifts/week (24 guaranteed hours/week)
• Housing: Newly remodeled, fully furnished studio & 1-bedroom apartments available near the hospital (based on availability)

Required Qualifications

• NBRC RRT Certification required (CRT not accepted)
• Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience, including adult, pediatric, and Level 2 NICU
• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT)
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Advanced NRP (AAP)
• Strong experience with ventilator management, critical care, and a full range of acuity levels
• Experienced travelers only — not considering first-time travelers
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
• Manage critical care patients and ventilators, including support in Level 2 NICU settings
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform advanced respiratory therapy procedures and demonstrate expertise in airway management
• Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
