• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,220 – $1,310

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of hospital Respiratory Therapist experience (ICU, ED, and general floors required)
• Basic NICU and Pediatrics experience to support ED coverage as needed
• Strong skills in ventilator management, airway maintenance, intubation support, and blood gas analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients
• Manage ventilators, obtain and interpret arterial blood gases, and respond to critical care needs
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive airway procedures and respiratory interventions
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas and perform pulmonary treatments
• Maintain airways, support intubations, and follow hospital protocols and department policies
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other clinical staff
