- Setting: Hospital Imaging Department – Interventional Radiology (IR) / Cath Lab support
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- End Date: August 1, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shifts: Days, Monday–Friday; primary shift duration is 8 hours, with occasional 10- and 12-hour shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- On-Call: Nights, weekends, and 1 major holiday (30-minute call back; call rooms available)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,740 – $2,940 (travel radiology pay)
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience, including neuro (acute strokes), trauma, and vascular procedures
- Level I Trauma and Cath Lab experience preferred (IR Tech experience)
- Current ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS certification
- Valid Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of hospital imaging experience required
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, including neuro, trauma, and vascular imaging in the IR suite
- Support Cath Lab procedures and assist in Level I Trauma cases as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the hospital healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays when scheduled
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
