• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required

ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the United States
• At least 2 years of recent ICU RN experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Experience working in a Level One Trauma Center required
• Epic EMR experience required (critical care documentation proficiency)
• Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission (sent via email)
• Ability to wear navy blue scrubs as per facility dress code

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients (trauma, neuro, surgical)
• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition as an intensive care nurse
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — physicians, respiratory therapy, and support staff — to implement patient-centered care plans
• Use Epic EMR for accurate, timely documentation and interdisciplinary communication
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards in a Level One Trauma Center environment
• Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements
