- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 2, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:15 PM – 6:45 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or RCP
- Active RCP or RRT license for Massachusetts (or eligible for state licensure)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Certification (RRT)
- Experience with Hamilton ventilators and EPIC electronic medical records preferred
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements: medical clearances, background check, skills checklist, and professional references
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respiratory care and critical care support to adult ICU patients
- Operate and manage advanced ventilators, including Hamilton vents and other critical care respiratory equipment
- Document assessments, ventilator settings, interventions, and patient progress in EPIC
- Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, arterial blood gas sampling, and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams (physicians, nurses, and allied health) to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and regulatory standards
