Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,390 – $1,460 (competitive travel LPN pay)
- Location: Rochester, NH 03867 — LPN jobs Rochester NH / New Hampshire nursing jobs
- Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) — LPN Long-Term Care
- Contract Duration: 7 weeks (May 1, 2026 – June 20, 2026)
- Shift: 8 Hour Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) — Evening shift LPN
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; additional hours available for pickup on 3-11 shift
- Type: Travel Contract — travel nursing / LPN travel nurse
Job Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (required)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as scheduled (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered skills
- Commitment to compassionate resident care and adherence to facility policies and state regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility (LTC nursing duties)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with accurate documentation
- Monitor and document resident health, changes in condition, and progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social work) to ensure quality care
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote comfort and well-being
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and LTC standards
