Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the United States
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NIHSS certification
• IV Certification / IV Therapy experience
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg LPN experience
• Travel eligibility: permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide delegated aspects of direct patient care under RN direction on a medical surgical unit
• Perform physical assessments, collect patient data, assist with ADLs, and implement physician orders
• Administer medications, manage peripheral IV therapy, and support discharge planning
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking in patient care planning and delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and timely communication with the care team
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff based on education and competency
• Participate in continuing education to maintain clinical competencies
