Join a dedicated team at a leading Women's Hospital in Arlington, Texas, as a Labor & Delivery RN. This 13-week travel assignment is ideal for experienced L&D nurses seeking high-risk OB experience in a busy, high-volume unit with state-of-the-art technology and a supportive multidisciplinary team. Arlington is part of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and offers excellent amenities, entertainment, dining, and outdoor activities.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 - $1,820 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Location: Arlington, TX 76015 — Dallas Fort Worth metroplex
- Setting: Women's Hospital – Labor & Delivery / OBED unit
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 12, 2026 – August 11, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7P-7A)
- Hours per Week: 36
- On-Site: Yes
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB Labor & Delivery or equivalent L&D travel nurse experience
- Active RN license
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Intermediate fetal monitoring skills required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Preferred: OBED experience and prior high-risk/high-volume L&D experience
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for high-risk OB patients, including management of magnesium and insulin drips
- Circulate and scrub for deliveries and obstetric procedures
- Monitor fetal well-being, interpret fetal monitoring, and respond to obstetric emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal team, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Float within Women's Hospital units as needed, including Postpartum and Antepartum
- Participate in on-call rotation (approximately 1 shift every 4 weeks)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR systems (CPN / Meditech)
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced L&D environment
