Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in respiratory care or equivalent certificate of completion in respiratory care
• Minimum 2 years respiratory care experience in a general or acute hospital setting
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
• COVID & flu exemptions may be accepted with declination form

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical respiratory care, including emergent, critical care, and intensive modalities
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators, deliver oxygen therapy, and perform ventilator management
• Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures (ABGs, PFTs, chest physiotherapy) as needed
• Deliver care across inpatient and outpatient settings to a diverse patient population
• Participate in on-call rotations, holiday coverage, and overtime as required
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize pulmonary care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital respiratory therapy protocols and standards
