Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820
- Location: Concord, NH 03301 — Concord, New Hampshire respiratory jobs
- Setting: Hospital — acute care / inpatient respiratory therapy
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: May 11, 2026 – End: August 9, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend — night shift respiratory therapist
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) role / travel contract
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in New Hampshire (state license required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (mechanical ventilation and patient monitoring experience preferred)
- Up-to-date resume documenting relevant respiratory therapy experience
- Two recent references from Charge/Manager RNs in specialty
- Skills checklist matching respiratory therapy specialty
- Driver's license with address matching demographics
- Licenses verification required
- EMR experience with Cerner preferred (not required)
- First-time travelers welcome — supportive onboarding for travel respiratory therapist jobs
- Ability to float to nearby Concord Hospital locations in Laconia or Franklin if requested
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and therapy to hospital inpatients, including assessment and treatment planning
- Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and interventions, adjusting care as patient condition changes
- Assist with ventilator management and respiratory monitoring as appropriate for acute care patients
- Perform accurate documentation and maintain patient records in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams—nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff—for coordinated patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
- Float to other hospital locations as required to support patient care across the health system
