- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 - $2,670
- Location: Hartford, CT 06105 — Hartford, Connecticut radiology job (travel assignment)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 9, 2026)
- Shift: 8 Hour Days (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), Monday–Friday
- Hours per Week: 40
- On Call: Every other weekend, rotating call Monday–Friday, and one holiday if it falls within contract dates
- Systems: EPIC, Synapse, Startrack (training provided)
- Position Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist / Interventional Radiology Technologist
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology cases (neuro experience is imperative)
- Interventional Radiology Technician certification or equivalent IR Tech credential
- Active Radiologic Technologist license (state requirements apply)
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations (weekends/holidays per schedule)
- Compliance with onboarding health and professional requirements (vaccinations, background check, skills checklist, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized imaging procedures for vascular and neuro interventional cases as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain radiology equipment in the Special Procedures / Interventional Radiology unit
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document procedures, images, and patient information accurately using EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack systems
- Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and patient-centered work environment consistent with Hartford, CT healthcare standards
