Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 - $1,640
• Location: Lake Worth, FL 33462 (Palm Beach County) — Florida MRI jobs
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel MRI Tech / Travel technologist
• Setting: Hospital, outpatient imaging center, clinic (diagnostic imaging / radiology)
• Equipment: State-of-the-art GE MRI systems (experience preferred)
• Dress Code: Black scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience (hospital or outpatient imaging)
• ARRT (MRI) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred
• Ability to work rotating call, holidays, and participate in hurricane teams
• Strong patient-focused skills and ability to work in a fast-paced radiology department

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures across hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings following safety protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot GE MRI equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Screen and prepare patients for MRI exams, maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Document patient information and exam details accurately using the Meditech electronic health record system
• Collaborate with radiologists, unit secretaries, and fellow techs to maintain efficient workflow
• Float to other units as needed and support cross-coverage within the imaging department
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and uphold radiology department standards
